These guided meditations are designed to help you open your third eye, connect to your higher self and will assist in opening all your energy centres.

Try to meditate at the same time, in the same spot everyday, find a quiet spot where you will not be disturbed.

Start with 15 minutes and then gradually extend to 30 minutes.

Once you have done this for a few weeks you can extend to 45-60 minutes.

The benefits to meditation are many, they help reduce the mind chatter, making it easier differentiate between the monkey mind and your higher consciousness.

Meditation also reduces stress and anxiety creating a calm presence in your energy.
